Site credits

This site was developed and produced by students of the Online Writing and Information Design (OWID) program at Toronto’s Centennial College.

OWID is a full-time post-graduate program that immerses students in all aspects of web content creation and site design. Simulating the professional workplace and taught by practising web professionals, this unique program provides students with an excellent practical and creative foundation for future work.

The site was designed and produced as a class project by students of OWID 2003. Our goal was to work with a local non-profit agency to produce a website that advanced the goals of our client by creating an online presence that was effective, appealing, and professional. The site was officially launched in August 2003.

The site is currently maintained by
